Your GP

Your GP isn’t just there to diagnose aches and pains. If you’re having trouble with stress and mood, book an appointment and talk about your role and how you are feeling. We want to be strong and dismiss little things, but do tell your GP as much as you can - such as sleep problems and dark thoughts as well as physical problems. It’s okay to make a list beforehand or to take a friend with you.
